🧘🏽‍♀️💛 Mommy & Me Yoga (30 Minutes)

Our Mommy & Me Yoga is a gentle, bonding experience designed for caregivers and their little ones to move, breathe, and connect together in a calm, supportive environment. This 30-minute class is thoughtfully paced to match young attention spans while still offering meaningful movement and relaxation.

Through simple yoga poses, stretching, music, and playful movement, caregivers and children will strengthen their bond while supporting gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and body awareness. The class also encourages emotional regulation, mindfulness, and quality one-on-one time.

This class is welcoming to both neurotypical and neurodivergent children. Children are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level—whether they follow along closely, explore nearby, or take breaks as needed.
